Bondhu collective is an organization dedicated to +- 50 students. They try to involve children, adolescents and young adults as well as the whole family in their operation. They want to make sure that this group, mainly girls, get the chance to finish school. But equally important: trying to keep them out of forced prostitution. Often, these children are "drop outs" whom they want to re-engage in a form of education. The vast majority of these kids come from families struggling with addictions, such as drugs and alcohol. But mainly families that are in the prostitution scene.

These children are given the opportunity to develop further and are encouraged to get their diplomas here. They also want to empower women. Giving information about how things can be done differently and what the possibilities are. Their main goal is to be a “safe haven”.
To offer a positive and valuable use of time. So they can get good opportunities in the job market.

They also offer basic education for the mothers. So that they too have more opportunities in the future and can help their studying children where needed.

What we want to do in the future is to support this organization so that they can expand their operation and thus provide this safe haven for more children.
